GEM360 is our holistic program designed to support adolescents through the critical years that shape lifelong outcomes. It provides integrated services across physical health, mental health, sexual and reproductive health, life skills, and leadership development. It combines cross-cutting issues like climate change; where young people contributes to protecting their environment. It rides on our existing signature program tagged The Adolescent Hub.

Through safe spaces, youth-friendly services, mentorship, and community engagement, GEM360 equips young people, especially the most vulnerable, to make informed decisions, build resilience, and transition successfully into empowered adulthood. This is a build up from our Adolescent Hub Program; a proven, community-rooted model now ready for scale under GEM360. Currently reaching over 70 adolescents in Karonmajigi community, an urban slum in Abuja.Nigeria. The Hub has demonstrated measurable impact in improving life skills, health awareness, confidence, and responsible decision-making among adolescents- both boys and girls, while strengthening trust and collaboration with parents and community leaders. Adolescents are not only more informed but more self-assured, engaged, and hopeful about their futures. By creating a safe, participatory, and nurturing environment, the program is already breaking cycles of vulnerability and laying a strong foundation for leadership and lifelong wellbeing, making it a high-impact, scalable platform for expanding integrated adolescent support across more underserved communities.
